Victoria Hotham

I have been part of the team at the Federation since January 2013.  I am currently the Personnel and Health & Safety officer of the Federation.  I am excited to be part of the Governing Body and to have the opportunity to help shape and continue to strengthen our school community's.  I am committed to raising standards within education, supporting aspirations and driving Improvement to help create the right environment and culture where pupils can thrive and maximise their potential.  Prior to joining this governing body I have been a governor at other schools so come with a wealth of experience about the role.

I have a  masters degree in Human Resources Management. I have had children who have attended the school so can also see the school from the pupils prospective.  Outside of school, I am a scout leader, keen walker and gardener as well as being a foster career.
